TM recently unveiled the latest enhancement of its TM Rewards portal, TM Rewards e-Store as part of its ongoing efforts to bring more value and incentives to its loyal TM Homeline and Streamyx subscribers via TM Rewards Programme, a loyalty programme for TM customers. TM Rewards e-Store is a virtual shopping mall that offers a variety of merchandise such as perfume, household items, toys, personal items, IT gadgets and others at special discounted rate for TM Rewards members.
At the TM Rewards e-Store, online shoppers can purchase goods and services from the partnering merchandisers as well as TM’s iTalk prepaid calling cards’ talktime softpins online. What makes it even better is that, customers who purchase iTalk prepaid softpins at the e-Store will receive free additional talktime, a first in Malaysia.
For the convenience of the members, TM Rewards e-Store accepts major credit cards such as Mastercard, Visa and FPX. Members will also be able to make payments via Maybank2U and CIMB Clicks by mid December 2008.The launch of the e-Store was graced by Zainab Hashim, former Vice President of Integrated Marketing, TM.
Also in attendance were the partners of the TM Rewards programme, which included representatives from various food and beverage outlets, clothing stores and other merchandisers. Since its inception in January 2008, the TM Rewards programme has seen almost 41,000 TM customers utilizing the benefits and advantages of the programme.

By joining the membership, TM Rewards members can also participate in exclusive online contests to win attractive prizes, redeem special invites to specially-arranged and exclusive live events and get information on the latest monthly discounts and privileges from our partners.”The launch of the TM Rewards e-Store also served as a TM Rewards partners’ get-together.
